A Personalized Approach to Planning
Our Dedicated Team
Attorney Victor A. Veprauskas, IV
Victor is a recognized leader in Michigan’s estate planning and elder law community. With over two decades of legal experience, he provides highly skilled representation in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, business succession, and trust and estate administration.
Before focusing his practice on estate planning and elder law, Victor built a strong background in business litigation. This experience now gives him a unique perspective on how to protect clients’ assets and prevent future disputes.
His thoughtful, detail-oriented approach has earned him inclusion in Michigan Super Lawyers, an honor reserved for only the top five percent of attorneys in the state as voted by their peers.
In addition to his legal work, he serves as a financial advisor (Series 65 licensed) with Abundance Financial Coaching, LLC. He is the co-author of the 2021 book, The Reluctant Advisor – Why Your Attorney Could Be Your Ideal Financial Advisor. His dual perspective in both law and finance allows clients to receive well-rounded, strategic counsel designed to protect their wealth and legacy.
Paralegal & Medicaid Assistant Stephanie Osborne
Stephanie brings compassion, technical knowledge, and personal dedication to every case. She spent nearly two decades serving her community through roles in public safety and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services before moving into elder law. Her former role as a Medicaid Eligibility Specialist for Health and Human Services provides her with unparalleled insight into the challenges families face when navigating long-term care and benefit systems.
For more than eight years, Stefanie has focused exclusively on elder law and Medicaid planning, developing asset protection strategies, assisting with trust funding, and helping families secure care without compromising their life savings. Her personal journey, including guiding her own parents through long-term care planning during her father’s illness, inspires the empathy and commitment she brings to every client she serves.
